How to use:

After opening the package, the iron powder in the pads reacts with oxygen, and after a few minutes, the warmer starts to emit heat. One side of the pad is adhesive, so it sticks to the sock, making the pads easy to wear in shoes. They keep warm for up to 8 hours.
