Terms of service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of the online store (hereinafter – the Terms) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the Seller), setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer shall be informed about changes to the Terms on the online store website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered concluded when the Buyer creates and submits an order in the online store after ознакомившись with these Terms.
3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if, due to a technical error in the online store, an incorrect product price or other essential information was displayed.
4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances the Seller is unable to deliver products ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase–sale agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided in Clause 5.2 of these Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the products are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the products have been sent back to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the online store in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of product delivery.
6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased products and accept them in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the products during delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the return costs at the Seller’s request.
6.3. Upon delivery of the products, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and the product(s) together with the Seller or the courier delivering the shipment.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them.
6.5. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if it was used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7. Product Prices
7.1. Product prices in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT. After confirmation of the order, a delivery fee is added to the total amount if applicable.
8. Product Ordering and Payment
8.1. After visiting the online store, the Buyer selects desired products and adds them to the shopping cart. After completing the shopping cart, the Buyer enters personal data necessary for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and additional information that may be important for delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and confirms the order.
8.2. Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas online banking services and Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
9. Product Delivery
9.1. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address when ordering products.
9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the products. If the Buyer cannot accept the products personally, but the products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to raise claims regarding delivery to the wrong person.
9.3. The Seller delivers products in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all products sold are indicated in each product description. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape or other parameters of products displayed in the online store do not correspond to the actual size, shape or color due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase–sale agreement, all amounts paid for the products, including standard delivery costs, shall be refunded.
10. Product Returns
10.1. The Buyer has the right to return a quality product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt without specifying a reason.
10.2. To return a product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email and provide:
- the order number;
- the name of the returned product;
- return information.
10.3. The returned product must be:
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in its original appearance;
- in the original packaging;
- in the same condition and комплектation as received.
10.4. These requirements do not apply when returning a defective product.
10.5. If the reason for return is poor product quality or receipt of the wrong product, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Seller.
10.6. When returning products of proper quality, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.
10.7. Refunds for returned products shall be transferred to the Buyer’s specified bank account no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
10.8. The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned products if the return conditions have not been complied with.
10.9. The following products are non-returnable:
- used or damaged products;
- individually ordered products;
- ammunition;
- products whose return is restricted by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.10. Returns of firearms and related products are handled individually in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
