Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to return goods of satisfactory quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt without providing a reason for the return.

To return an item, please complete the return form available on the Product Returns page. Enter at least two of the requested details so that the system can locate your order, select the items you wish to return, specify the reason for the return, and submit your request.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send the return shipping label to you by email.

Returned goods must be:

• unused and undamaged;
• in a resalable condition;
• in their original packaging;
• complete with all components and accessories received.

These requirements do not apply when returning defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.

In all cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The Seller has the right to right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the Buyer has provided proof of shipment.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• used or damaged goods;
• goods made or customised to the Buyer’s individual specifications;
• ammunition;
• goods whose return is restricted by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller has the right to refuse a return if the return conditions have not been met.

Returns of firearms and related goods are assessed individually in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
