Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to return a quality product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product without specifying a reason.

To return a product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email and provide:

• the order number;
• the name of the returned product;
• return information.

The returned product must be:

• unused;
• undamaged;
• in its original appearance;
• in the original packaging;
• in the same комплектation as received.

These requirements do not apply when returning a defective product.

If the reason for the return is inadequate product quality or an incorrect product received, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Seller.

When returning products of proper quality, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Buyer.

Refunds for returned products shall be transferred to the Buyer’s specified bank account no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the returned product is received.

The following products are non-returnable:

• used or damaged products;
• individually ordered products;
• ammunition;
• products whose return is restricted by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned products if the return conditions have not been followed.

Returns of firearms and related products are reviewed individually in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
