With the new FALCON series, Hikmicro is revolutionizing the field of thermal imaging. A large sensor with a pixel pitch of only 12 μm, combined with a low NETD value of <20 mK, pushes the boundaries of what is possible. This will certainly benefit hunters and the military. The Hikmicro Falcon FH25 monocular is a versatile thermal imager with a 384 x 288 px matrix, 25 mm focal length, and a basic magnification of 2.17x. Due to these values, the FALCON FH25 has a field of view of 13 meters and is especially good for off-road use.

Best performance thanks to innovative technology

The newly developed top-class Hikmicro Falcon FH25 thermal imaging camera sensor has a pixel size of 12 μ and an NETD (thermal sensitivity) value of only <20 mK. Even the slightest temperature differences, even in adverse weather conditions, can still be clearly detected. Together with the completely new "Hikmicro" image optimization software "Image Pro", this revolutionary Falcon series sensor exploits all its advantages and provides the viewer with a high-contrast and sharp image with an unprecedented level of detail and depth. In practice, this means that not only are gender characteristics clearly recognizable, but even the smallest branches, leaves and even individual blades of grass can be clearly identified in the thermal imager. All this with an effective detection range of up to 2600 meters and a field of view of up to 22 meters at 100 meters.

Design and functions of the Hikmicro Falcon FH25 thermal imager

Innovative technology is protected by a magnesium housing milled from a single block. The lightweight yet durable magnesium housing is also covered with thick rubber armor for better grip. In addition, the new FALCON series features two side mounts for carrying, which are included in the delivery, as well as a camera tripod thread at the bottom. The Hikmicro Falcon FH25 thermal imager also sets new design standards. Following the motto "form follows function", the new Hikmicro FALCON thermal imaging cameras are extremely intuitive to use and perfectly balanced to avoid fatigue. All functions, such as three color modes or even 8x digital zoom, can be controlled silently using only three rubber buttons.

Replaceable Falcon FH25 battery

In terms of battery management, the Hikmicro FALCON series also fully adapts to user needs and uses the popular and replaceable 18650 battery format in its new thermal imaging cameras. The kit includes two 18650 batteries with a charger, allowing the Hikmicro Falcon FH25 thermal imager to operate continuously for up to 14 hours. External power sources, such as power banks, can also be used via the USB Type-C interface.
