Free pick-up of goods at our store
You can pick up goods for free at our store at Vytauto g. 54-2, Zarasai. Working hours are weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM (lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. For pick-up outside working hours, it is necessary to contact us.
Delivery of goods via LP Express and Omniva terminals
Before placing an order, select to have the goods delivered to an Lpexpress or Omniva terminal. Usually, the courier delivers the ordered goods within 2-3 business days. Delivery within the Republic of Lithuania is FREE!
Returns of goods
To return goods purchased in the online store, you need to know:
- It is necessary to inform us by email: info@armota.eu (please indicate the order number, reason for return, and list of items to be returned) within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
- If the reason for returning the goods is unsuitable quality (e.g., damaged packaging, etc.) or you received an item different from what you ordered, we undertake, at our own expense, to selectively replace the unsuitable quality item with an item of suitable quality or to refund the money paid for the item.
- Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods," approved on June 29, 2001, by order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy;
- Goods of suitable quality are returned in accordance with the procedure established by the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication," approved by order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on August 17, 2001. In this case, the buyer pays for the shipping costs of the returned goods.
When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
- It is necessary to inform us by email: info@armota.eu (please indicate the order number, reason for return, and list of items to be returned) within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
- The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item must not be damaged by the Buyer.
- The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unremoved protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply if the returned item is of poor quality).
- The returned item must be complete, as received by the Buyer.
