Terms and Conditions

Rule 1:

These purchase-sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the parties, outlining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu.

Rule 2: Purchasing goods in the e-shop

Select the desired items, add them to your cart, and click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT". Register or shop as a guest. Fill in or confirm your contact details. Choose your preferred delivery and payment method. Check that the order and contact information are correct and confirm the order.

Rule 3: Prices, terms, and payment methods

Product prices are indicated in euros. The online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu has the right to change the prices of products sold in the online store without prior notice. The following payment methods are available: Payment using the paysera.lt system and its provided payment methods.

Rule 4: Returns

To return goods purchased in the online store, you need to know: It is necessary to inform us by email info@armota.eu (please indicate the order number, reasons for return, and a list of items to be returned) within 7 business days from the date of delivery. If the reason for returning the goods is unsuitable quality (e.g., damaged packaging, etc.) or you received an item different from what you ordered, we undertake, at our own expense, to either replace the unsuitable quality item with a suitable quality item or refund the money paid for the item. Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods," approved on June 29, 2001, by order of the Minister of Economy No. 217. Goods of suitable quality are returned in accordance with the procedure established by the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication," approved by order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on August 17, 2001, No. 258. In this case, the buyer pays for the return shipping costs. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met: The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer. The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply if a defective item is being returned). The returned item must be of the same completeness as received by the Buyer.

Rule 5: Personal data protection

We guarantee: The security of personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu. Personal information will only be used for the purchase and sale transaction of goods. Personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent. Your provided personal information will only be used for the purchase and sale transaction, except in cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rule 6: Conclusion of a Purchase-Sale Agreement

The Buyer, wishing to purchase goods sold in the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu, must read the purchase terms and conditions; in the payment information section, confirm that they have familiarized themselves with the terms and conditions.

Rule 7: Buyer's Rights and Obligations

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online stores Rovince.lt or Armota.eu and undertakes to comply with these purchase-sale rules. The Buyer has the right to refuse goods purchased in the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu (see Rule 4). The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the administration of the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu by email info@armota.eu. If the data provided by the Buyer in the registration form changes, they must update it without delay. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without good reason during delivery, they must cover the delivery costs. By using the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu, the Buyer agrees to these purchase-sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.

Rule 8: Seller's Rights and Obligations

If the Buyer intentionally or unintentionally harms or attempts to harm the operation of the online store and/or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store Rovince.lt or Armota.eu, and in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration. In circumstances beyond the Seller's control (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely cease the operation of the online store, without prior notice to the Buyer. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in these rules. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered item to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous item or an item as similar as possible in its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous item or the most similar item in its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if advance payment was made.

Rule 9: Liability

The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising therefrom. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login data, and in the event of transfer to third parties, subsequent actions of third parties in the online store using the transferred data become the Buyer's responsibility. The Buyer is responsible for their actions carried out using the online store. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites, and does not represent those companies or individuals. In case of damage, the culpable party compensates the other party for direct losses.

Rule 10:

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time. All disputes arising are settled by negotiation. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, problematic issues are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
