You can pick up goods for free at our store at Vytauto g. 54-2, Zarasai. Working hours on weekdays from 9 am to 2 pm. We do not work on weekends. For pickup outside working hours, please contact us.

Delivery via LP Express

Before placing an order, choose to have the goods delivered to the specified address (can be your home or work address). Usually, the courier delivers the ordered goods within 2-3 business days.

The price includes packaging costs, postage costs and VAT.

Returns

To return goods purchased in the online store, you need to know:

- It is necessary to inform us by e-mail: info@armota.eu (indicate the order number, reason for return and list of goods to be returned) within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

- If the reason for returning the goods is unsuitable quality (e.g., damaged packaging, etc.) or you received an item that you did not order, we undertake, at our own expense, to optionally replace the unsuitable quality item with an item of suitable quality or to refund the money paid for the item.

- Goods of unsuitable quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods", approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, Order No. 217;

- Goods of suitable quality are returned in accordance with the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication", approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on August 17, 2001, Order No. 258. In this case, the buyer pays for the return shipping costs.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:

- It is necessary to inform us by e-mail: info@armota.eu (indicate the order number, reason for return and list of goods to be returned) within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
- The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item must not be damaged by the Buyer.
- The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply when an item of unsuitable quality is returned).
- The returned item must be in the same complete set as it was received by the Buyer.
